10. Jigsaw Events Hub
10.1 Scope and operator
Jigsaw Events Hub, available at events.jigsawconferences.co.uk, is operated by Jigsaw Conferences Ltd and forms part of the Platform governed by these Terms. The Events Hub Terms URL at events.jigsawconferences.co.uk/terms-of-service directs users to this canonical Terms document.
10.2 Independent role
Jigsaw Events Hub is an independent event discovery, research and delegate-support platform. Its role is to help users research events and, where requested, access Jigsaw's group accommodation, meeting-space and related delegate-support services.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, Jigsaw Conferences Ltd is not the event organiser, ticket seller, promoter, sponsor, partner, representative or affiliate of an event displayed through Jigsaw Events Hub. The inclusion of an event, name, trade mark or external link does not by itself indicate authorisation, affiliation, sponsorship, partnership or endorsement by the event organiser or rights holder.
10.3 Event information and automated research
Event Data may be compiled from publicly available information, third-party sources, submitted information and automated research tools. Jigsaw works to maintain useful event information, but events and external websites can change, and Event Data may occasionally be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate.
Event Data is provided for general discovery, research and planning purposes. It is not a guarantee that an event will take place, that tickets are available, that an external website is operated by a particular organiser, or that any date, venue, programme, price, attendance figure or other detail remains current.
Before purchasing tickets, making payment, sharing personal information or making travel or accommodation arrangements, users must independently confirm the event name, organiser, website address, dates, venue and relevant booking conditions with the responsible event organiser.
10.4 Third-party websites
Jigsaw Events Hub may provide links to External Websites for convenience and event research. Jigsaw Conferences Ltd does not operate or control those websites and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, accessibility, privacy practices or subsequent changes. The inclusion of an external link does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the website or its operator.
Users should inspect the destination domain and verify the identity of the website operator before purchasing tickets, submitting personal information or entering into a transaction. Use of an External Website is governed by that website operator's terms and privacy policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jigsaw Conferences Ltd is not responsible for loss or damage arising from the content, security, availability or use of an External Website, or from a transaction entered into directly with its operator. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10.5 Tickets and third-party transactions
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Jigsaw Conferences Ltd does not sell, issue or fulfil admission tickets through Jigsaw Events Hub. Any ticket purchase or other transaction completed on an External Website is between the user and the relevant third-party operator. Questions concerning tickets, refunds, event cancellation, event admission or programme changes must ordinarily be directed to that operator.
10.6 Jigsaw accommodation and delegate-support services
Where a user separately asks Jigsaw Conferences Ltd to source accommodation, meeting space or related delegate support, that service is distinct from the underlying event listing and may be governed by a separate proposal, booking confirmation or written service terms. Displaying an event listing does not make Jigsaw the event organiser or a party to ticketing arrangements.
10.7 Corrections, concerns and takedown requests
Event organisers, rights holders and users may report an inaccurate listing, disputed external link or other concern by emailing it@jigsawconferences.co.uk and providing the relevant URL, a brief explanation and supporting evidence. Jigsaw will review substantiated reports and take proportionate corrective action where appropriate. Receiving or reviewing a report does not constitute an admission of liability.
Formal legal notices may be sent to legal@jigsawconferences.co.uk.

Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The disclaimers and limitations in these Terms (including those relating to AI Outputs, Event Data and External Websites) apply subject to this provision.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InternationalVenues from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform (including AI features), breach of these Terms, violation of any law or third-party rights, or your reliance on AI Outputs.
